Vivians 'Visitations of the County of Devon', p 169, says that Catherine was the daughter of Rowland Lenthall by his wife Margaret Arundell, but both Burke's Peerage & Baronetage, 104th Edition, 1967, p 2908, and Cokayne's Complete Peerage say was Roland's daughter by his wife Lucy De Grey.
Lucy married Sir Rowland of Hampton Court Lenthall [40426] [MRIN: 11442], son of Sir Rowland of Hampton Court Lenthall [13807] and Margaret FitzAlan [13806], about 1424 in Derbyshire, England. (Sir Rowland of Hampton Court Lenthall [40426] was born in 1398 and died on 25 Nov 1450.)
