Inherited the island of Lundy which she passed to her son Barnard Grenvill who in turn passed it to his son Sir Bevil. It had been in the family for generations since Anne St. Leger had inherited from her father Thomas Butler, Earl of Ormond. Lived at Bideford after the death of her husband at the Battle of Flores. Her will made at Bideford 11 Jun1618; Proved 24 Nov 1623.
Mary married Sir Richard of Stow Grenville [40608] [MRIN: 11538], son of Roger Grenville [40609] and Thomasine Cole [40610]. (Sir Richard of Stow Grenville [40608] was born in 1542 and died in 1591.)
