He became involved in the Pilgrimage of Grace <http://www.tudorplace.com.ar/Documents/PilgrimageofGrace.htm>, with Lord Darcy <http://www.tudorplace.com.ar/Bios/ThomasDarcy(1BTemplehurst).htm>, Sir Thomas Percy, brother of the Earl of Northumberland <http://www.tudorplace.com.ar/Bios/HenryAlgernonPercy(6ENorthumberland).htm>, and others, and with them was apprehended, committed to the Tower of London, and in Jun of 1537, they were all arraigned at Westminster before the Marquis of Exeter <http://www.tudorplace.com.ar/Bios/HenryCourtenay(1MExeter).htm>, High Steward of England, and being found guilty of high treason, were beheaded at Tyburn. Executed on Tower Hill for treason.
