A contract was made in 1530 with the George Talbot, 4º Earl of Shrewsbury to marry Anne Talbot with a Darcy, probably Sir George or his son Thomas. Although there was no subsequent marriage.

Anne married Peter of Compton Compton [55051] [MRIN: 551614323], son of Sir William Compton Knight [55052] and Warburga Brereton [19297]. (Peter of Compton Compton [55051] was born between 1508 and 1522 in Compton, Wynyates, Warwickshire, England and died on 30 Jan 1544.)
