lived on 120 acres called "Lorton", 2 miles west of Pohick Church, on
Giles Run, Fairfax Co., Va., 1801; assessed taxes Fairfax Co., Va.,
1801-11; died Fairfax Co., Va., 1809; estate probated 17 October 1812;
Elizabeth married 2nd a Harley and had three daughters;

grandparents, Mary and William A. Athy, until 1819; m. James
CRANF0RD (b. 8 May 1796; d. 10 March 1873), a soldier of the War

1849.
