Some sources says he was 6th Baron Oughtred.In 1524 Sir Robert Oughtred sold Kexby to John Allen, but Thomas Wolsey <http://www.tudorplace.com.ar/Bios/ThomasWolsey(Cardinal).htm> intervened and bought it himself. After Wolsey <http://www.tudorplace.com.ar/Bios/ThomasWolsey(Cardinal).htm>'s attainder in 1530 the king granted the manor for life to Sir Anthony Oughtred and his wife Elizabeth in 1531 and then granted it in reversion to Sir Robert Oughtred in 1552. The following year it was settled upon Sir Robert's daughter Dorothy on her marriage with John Constable.
Henry married Agnes Constable [16937] [MRIN: 551609251], daughter of Marmaduke Constable Sir Knight [16938] and Joyce Stafford [16693]. (Agnes Constable [16937] was born about 1486 in Flamborough, Yorkshire, England.)
