Patrick Hepburn of Hailes was born before 1322.1 He was the son of Adam de Hibburne and Mariota Fourbour.1 He married, firstly, Agnes (?).1 He married, secondly, Eleanor Douglas , daughter of Sir Archibald Douglas and Beatrice Lindsay , circa 18 March 1376.1 He died after 1402.1
In 1381 he had a safe conduct from King Richard II in to pass through England to the Holy Land.1
