• Land: Bertie (later Willoughby) Township, Welland County, Ontario, Canada. 209 sold 100 acres of Lot 16, Con 9 from the Niagara River to
Edward Carny. Murtie says he sold it on 12 April 1803, but that
was before he owned it

• Land. 209 John Mabee Purchased 100 acres in Lot 16, Con 8 from father for
$100 . He lived in Bertie Twp., Welland Co., Upper Canada.

• Residence, 1767, Maquasland (The term "Maquasland" meant "Mohawk territory" or "out in the frontier"), , New York. 9865

• Residence, 1776, Mohawk Valley, , New York. 9866 Lewis's family lived on 50 acres, a free gift from his uncle,
Lewis Clement. He cleared between 18 and 20 acres, had a house,
barn, six horses and eight horned cattle, farming utensils,
household furniture, total valued at £386 New York currency,
the real estate alone was worth £300.

Butler's Rangers on 30 Nov 1783 Niagara, Welland County,
Ontario, Canada

• Memo, 12 Apr 1786. 9868 filed a claim for property confiscated by New York. One
witness to this claim is Joseph Clement.

• Land, 1787. His land (50 acres, gift from Uncle Lewis Clement), house,
barn, horses, cattle, etc. valued at 386lbs. was taken by
rebels and his wife sent off the land. Arent Bradt was witness.

• Memo, 30 Aug 1787. 9866 petitioned for compensation for property lost during the
American Revolution. He was late of Tryon, New York, but now
of Niagara. Lewis noted that he lived on the Mohawk on 50
acres, a free gift from his uncle, Lewis Clement many years
ago. He cleared between 18 and 20 acres, had a house, barn,
six horses and eight horned cattle, farming utensils, household
furniture, total valued at £386 New York currency, the real
estate alone was worth £300. Mabee noted that one Victor Hanson
now lives there. Everything as taken by the rebels and his wife
sent off. A witness to the claim was Arent Bradt.
He received a crown grant of 200 acres of land

• Land, 1797, Willoughby, Welland County, Ontario, Canada. 9869 Hermonus Haverland - Praying for lot 13 in Willoughby. It
appearing that lot 13 herein prayed for was granted under a
Land Board certificate to Patrick Conway, and since transferred
under the sanction f the Board to Lewis Maby, the prayer of
this petition cannot be granted.

• Land, 18 Dec 1806, Bertie (later Willoughby) Township, Welland County, Ontario, Canada. 209 received 500 acres of land for loss during Revolutionary War.
Lewis' grant included Lot 16, Con 8 and Lot 16, Con 9; from the
Niagara River
