Louis married Adelaide of Savoy de Maurienne [4558] [MRIN: 1320], daughter of Humbert II the Fat of Savoy de Maurienne Count of Savoy [4566] and Gisele of Burgundy [4567], on 3 Aug 1115. (Adelaide of Savoy de Maurienne [4558] was born in 1092 in Savoy, France, died on 18 Nov 1154 and was buried in Montmartre Abbey, , Savoie, France.)

Louis next married Lucienne de Rochefort French crown princess [60482] [MRIN: 14040], daughter of Guy II the Red de Montlhéry Lord of Rochefort [64407] and Elizabeth de Crécy Dame de Crecy [59742], in 1104. (Lucienne de Rochefort French crown princess [60482] was born in 1088 and died after 1137.)
